As Founder and CEO of iCARE Adult Day Center, Alan Wikman leads with a deep commitment to enriching the lives of older adults through compassionate, innovative, and individualized care. With extensive experience in home and community-based services, Alan has built iCARE on the foundation of dignity, engagement, and excellence. His vision emphasizes creating an environment where participants thrive socially, emotionally, and cognitively — while families gain peace of mind knowing their loved ones are supported. Alan also owns SYNERGY HomeCare, where his leadership continues to influence quality care across Northern Arizona.
Lisa Vega brings years of nursing experience and a heartfelt dedication to senior wellness to her role as Clinical Operations Manager at iCARE. As a Licensed Practical Nurse, Lisa oversees participant care planning, health coordination, and clinical compliance, ensuring each individual receives high-quality, person-centered attention. Her leadership bridges the gap between healthcare and enrichment, helping participants remain active and engaged while maintaining optimal health. Known for her warmth and professionalism, Lisa fosters a culture of trust, safety, and compassion throughout the center.
Danielle LeBlanc has been a Registered Nurse for over 15 years with experience ranging from Acute Care Cardiac Telemetry to Post Cath recovery and Emergency Room to Nursing Homes and all the way to Homeless Shelters. She has a big heart and a desire to connect with our participants and their caregivers. She is an active listener as well as quite the talker. She is also a wife and a homeschool mom who recently finished 3 years of traveling with her family and loves connecting with nature.
As Life Enrichment Director, Tammy Simonson, MPH, brings a public health perspective and a passion for purposeful living to iCARE Adult Day Center. With a master’s degree in Public Health and a strong background in wellness programming, Tammy designs and leads the center’s engaging activities calendar — ensuring a balance of fun, creativity, exercise, and connection for every participant. Her programs emphasize cognitive stimulation, emotional expression, and community belonging. Tammy’s innovative leadership ensures iCARE remains a vibrant, uplifting environment where every day is meaningful.
